Belt
C
A belt conveyor consists of a metal frame with rollers at either end of a flat metal bed, with a continuous loop of conveyor belt which rotates about these pulleys. One of the pulleys are powered, moving the belt and the material on the belt forward. The powered pulley is called the drive pulley while the unpowered pulley is called the idler pulley.
The modular aluminium conveyors allows for all the equipment to be fully compatible with each other as well as other products on the market, making it easy to modify an existing aluminium layout by sloting in or removing lengths of converyors.
The following are a few examples of the different kinds of materials that can be conveyed: |
