Belt Over Roller Conveyors are used where awkward shaped products (e.g. strapped bales of material, cartons in a poor condition) need to be conveyed from Point A to Point B, at a certain speed. 

 

By using a belt over roller conveyor to convey poducts it reduces the "Bumping" area of the product that goes over the roller. The Belt Over Roller Conveyor is a very versatile conveyor and very economical for long distances. The roller bed design reduces belt friction thus providing greater load capacity.

 

The modular aluminium conveyors allows for all the equipment to be fully compatible with each other as well as other products on the market, making it easy to modify an existing aluminium layout by sloting in or removing lengths of converyors.
