Live Roller Conveyors are used where materials need to be conveyed from Point A to Point B, these materials/product are able to accummulate on the coneyors. The materials/product are also able to be loaded or unloaded from the side of the conveyors.

This type of conveyor is a powered conveyor where the product is carried on rollers. These carry rollers are powered by a endless belt centrally located underneath. Adjustable pressure rollers are located below the belt engaging the belt to the carry rollers providing the driving force. This enables live roller conveyors to handle medium to heavy product with ease. The rollers that make up the bed section can just be lifted out for ease of maintenance and worker safety.

The modular aluminium conveyors allows for all the equipment to be fully compatible with each other as well as other products on the market, making it easy to modify an existing aluminium layout by sloting in or removing lengths of converyors.
