Live Roller Conveyors are used where materials need to be conveyed from Point A to Point B, at a certain speed.

 

This type of conveyor is a powered conveyor where the product is carried on rollers. These carry rollers are powered by a endless belt centrally located underneath. Adjustable pressure rollers are located below the belt engaging the belt to the carry rollers providing the driving force. This enables live roller conveyors to handle medium to heavy product with ease. The rollers that make up the bed section can just be lifted out for ease of maintenance and worker safety.

 

Live roller conveyor can be found in several industries including manufacturing, warehousing operations, publishing facilities, retails, etc.
